Life is Good. Hard, but good.

The best things in life are free. The chirping of the birds outside, the lush viridian fields, the soft rolling ocean. Man was once satisfied with just this. Simple pleasures now overlooked with the advent of technology.

Not that technology is bad, either. It's extremely important in our everyday life. Difficult and taxing tasks become easy, even trivial. I, myself, can say that I can't live without it. However, this past few days, I've come to realize that life is not all about gaining new and more extensive knowledge, but the return to past innocence, seeing the world as a miracle, observing everything and being thankful for it.

It all began at my school. In my opinion, De La Salle - Canlubang is one of the most conducive areas for learning. It is quite solemn and peaceful, with the view the same. It's quite amazing how the industrial park next to it is not that noticeable.

Going up to the rooftop of the school, you could see the mountains and the clear blue sky, meshed together. A blast from Mother Nature, maybe I received a lot of it. Maybe too much.
It makes you appreciate how great everything is, even if you think your life sucks. Uplifting and quite irregular from what I do everyday.

Computer, TV, Cellphone, Console, Books, Chores. My life. So, standing up there made me want to do something different, just to break the cycle. Dunno. Something different, just to differ the monotonous. Maybe plant a tree, ride a bike (although I do not know how to), hike, take a swim, stargaze, take a long walk, or play sports.

The thing is, as someone said, "Too much of a good thing is bad", is very much true. We're too wired. If we could just step back and admire everything God created, maybe we'd all be improved for the best.

This doesn't really sound like me, eh? NEXT!

Good Samaritans Still Exist.

Who knew, good samaritans still do exist.

Just this morning I've been helped by one, it would have been an accident waiting to happen if he did not come to the rescue.

I was driving near the McDonalds near Bel Air 2, near the traffic light, and it turned red. I was talking with my friend JP when a stranger knocked on the glass of the car door. I was surprised, he didn't look like he would be begging for alms or something. He pointed at my left rear tire. I looked and was surprised to see that it was very much lacking of air. I checked it this morning it was okay, so it means it was on the way there. So, I stopped near a gas station and pumped up the tire.

Think of that. He pointed it out to me even if he was sitting comfortably in his car, he could have ignored it, but he chose the former.

I'm thankful to this unknown stranger, whoever he may be. Good samaritans still do exist. Pay it forward.

ZOMG! Another Blog?!

Hahaha. I've made this blog so that I may easily access it from Flock.

I'm pretty tired of my last blog, so I decided to reinvent and scrap the old. It's still there though, if you still want to view it.

This blog will be continously updated, maybe weeks at a time. Dunno. WHEN I get really creative. XD

So... Just wait for it. I'm waiting for that stroke of brilliance.
