A Man of Weak Resolve

A man of weak resolve never learns from his own mistakes; he remains constant, brewing in his own self-pity. He just cries on his bed, thinking why it happened.

Ever the pessimist, he doesn't do anything about what he lacks, he just carries on with his life but losing all hope of his current endeavor, never trying again, he would even avoid it at all costs. He carries on each day knowing that nothing will happen, because he doesn't let anything extraordinary happen.

He will never amount to anything due to his building of a barrier, a set of limits, which he contains himself into. He will, however, rue other people's accomplishments, become bitter at other's successes and hates himself for not being like 'that guy'.

A man of weak resolve has poor self-image, seeing himself as a man of no talent and of no purpose. Seeing little of himself, he never lives his life to the fullest, attributing it to his lack of expertise or liking for the subject.

Weakness is a state of mind. All people have weaknesses. We should see our weaknesses as a chance to change, to reinforce these weaknesses and remove them completely out of our life. Think of it a hole in the roof. What do you do with this hole? Do you let it stay there and let it become even bigger and eventually collapse the whole ceiling? I thought so.

Change begins within. Change for the better and the clandestine beauty of the world will appear before your eyes. A change within you creates a ripple in the still water. A tiny ripple can affect the whole pond.
